1. Ayushman Card kitne din में बन जाता है?

Answer: अगर आपका नाम eligible list में already है तो 2-5 minutes में बन जाता है (eKYC complete करने पर)।

अगर नाम नहीं है और आप नया registration कर रहे हैं तो 1-15 दिन लग सकते हैं approval में।

2. Ayushman Card की validity कितनी है?

Answer: Ayushman Bharat scheme के तहत issued cards की कोई expiry date नहीं है – ये lifelong valid हैं।

कोई renewal process नहीं है। एक बार बन गया तो जीवनभर use कर सकते हैं।

3. Ayushman Card से kitne rupaye का ilaj हो सकता है?

Answer: प्रति परिवार प्रति वर्ष ₹5 lakh तक का मुफ्त इलाज secondary और tertiary care hospitalization के लिए।

यह amount हर साल automatically renew हो जाती है। मतलब अगर इस साल ₹2 lakh use किया तो अगले साल फिर से ₹5 lakh मिलेगा।

4. Kya Ayushman Card से OPD treatment भी हो सकता है?

Answer: नहीं, currently Ayushman Card केवल hospitalization (admission) के लिए है।

OPD (Out-Patient Department) treatment, regular check-ups, और general consultation cover नहीं होते।

7. Ayushman Card में kitne family members add हो सकते हैं?

Answer: Ayushman scheme family-based है – कोई fixed member limit नहीं है।

Included Members

• Parents (माता-पिता)
• Spouse (पति/पत्नी)
• Children (बच्चे – कोई age limit नहीं)
• Dependent grandparents
• Unmarried siblings (कुछ cases में)

पूरा परिवार एक ही card से ₹5 lakh का coverage share करता है (प्रति वर्ष)।

8. Kya private hospitals में भी Ayushman Card use हो सकता है?

Answer: हां, बिल्कुल! 31,466 empanelled hospitals में से 14,194 private hospitals हैं।

Condition: Hospital को PM-JAY scheme में empanelled होना चाहिए।

Government और private दोनों hospitals में same benefits मिलते हैं – कोई difference नहीं।

9. 70 साल के seniors के लिए क्या special scheme है?

Answer: हां! Ayushman Vay Vandana Card scheme October 2024 में launch हुई है 70+ age के सभी senior citizens के लिए, उनकी socio-economic status की परवाह किए बिना।

Key Features

• Eligibility: 70 साल या ऊपर (कोई income limit नहीं)
• Coverage: अलग से ₹5 lakh (family coverage के अलावा)
• Registration: 25 lakh+ seniors ने already register किया है
• Helpline: 1800-11-0770 (Missed call)

Example: अगर family को ₹5 lakh मिल रहा था, तो senior को अलग से ₹5 lakh मिलेगा (total ₹10 lakh)।

10. Ayushman Card kho gaya या damage हो गया, क्या करें?

Answer: कोई problem नहीं! Ayushman Card digital है, तो आप कभी भी फिर से download कर सकते हैं।

Process

1. App या website login करें
2. “Download Card” option पर click करें
3. Same card number के साथ फिर download होगा
4. Print करवा लें

Card number change नहीं होता – वो permanent रहता है।

Physical Card: कुछ states plastic laminated card भी देते हैं – CSC center से मांग सकते हैं।

11. Pre-existing disease (पुरानी बीमारी) cover होती है?

Answer: हां! Ayushman Card में कोई waiting period नहीं है। पुरानी बीमारियां जैसे diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, cancer – सब day 1 से cover होती हैं।

यह बहुत बड़ा benefit है क्योंकि regular health insurance में 2-4 साल का waiting period होता है pre-existing conditions के लिए।

16. क्या Ayushman Card से ambulance service भी मिलती है?

Answer: Directly ambulance service scheme में include नहीं है, but:

• Emergency hospitalization के cases में transport allowance कुछ states provide करते हैं
• Admission के बाद inter-hospital transfer (ambulance) covered है

Separate Service: कुछ states ने 108/102 ambulance service free कर रखी है सभी के लिए – Ayushman Card की जरूरत नहीं।

17. Treatment के दौरान attendant का खाना-रहना cover होता है?

Answer: Patient का सब कुछ covered है, but attendant (साथ रहने वाले) का खाना-रहना generally cover नहीं होता।

Patient को मिलता है

• Food during hospital stay
• Room charges (as per category)
• Nursing care

Attendant: कुछ hospitals में pediatric (बच्चों) या critical cases में एक attendant के लिए basic facility provide करते हैं, but यह standard benefit नहीं है।

18. Ayushman Card से dialysis और chemotherapy ho sakti hai?

Answer: हां, बिल्कुल! दोनों treatments covered हैं:

Dialysis

• Regular dialysis sessions covered
• Emergency dialysis
• Related medicines and tests

Chemotherapy

• सभी cancer treatments
• Radiotherapy
• Targeted therapy
• Bone marrow transplant
• Cancer surgeries
